Beşiktaş: Referring Dusan Vlahovic to the disciplinary committee is unacceptable

Beşiktaş player Dusan Vlahovic has been referred to the Professional Football Disciplinary Committee (PFDK) without precautionary measures, in accordance with Article 41 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions, due to an 'insult' during the Fenerbahçe-Beşiktaş match. The black-and-white club reacted to this decision with a post on its social media account. The written statement from Beşiktaş included the following remarks:

"The referral of our player Dusan Vlahovic to the Professional Football Disciplinary Committee by the Turkish Football Federation's Legal Consultancy, in accordance with Article 41 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions, due to an argument he had with an opponent during our Trendyol Süper League match against Fenerbahçe, is a concrete indicator of how far Turkish football is being managed from the principles of justice and equality. It is unacceptable that our player Dusan Vlahovic has been referred to the disciplinary committee while the opposing team player, who provoked our player throughout the match with his actions and words, has not been referred. The Turkish Football Federation and its committees have once again demonstrated their hostile attitude toward our club, as can be understood from this incident.

We ask the Turkish Football Federation; if this referral decision was made based on the broadcaster's footage, was only the footage of our player provided to you by the broadcaster?

If VAR can follow both players from all angles during the incident on the pitch, why did it not feel the need to call the match referee?

The broadcaster of the Trendyol Süper League, which is expected to broadcast in line with the principles of objectivity and equality, has also failed in the way it presented the position in question on screen.

The broadcaster, which brought our player to the screen but did not show the opposing team player, has contradicted its own broadcasting principles.
