Critical meeting at Samandıra ahead of April 2 at Fenerbahçe
Discussions are continuing without interruption ahead of the extraordinary general assembly to be held at Fenerbahçe on April 2. Club President Ali Koç will meet with the players at Samandıra today to address the issues on the agenda.
Fenerbahçe will decide on the agenda items, including the possibility of withdrawing from the league, at the extraordinary general assembly meeting on April 2. It has been reported that President Ali Koç will also listen to the opinions of the players and the technical staff.
According to the report in NtvSpor, Koç had previously stated that he had met with former club executives and had spoken at the High Divan Board meeting yesterday.
Emphasizing that negotiations with sponsors, the Capital Markets Board (SPK), and Ziraat Bank are ongoing, Koç had said, "Tomorrow (today), we will meet at Samandıra with our players and technical staff, who are the main subjects of this game."
At the meeting in Samandıra, the opinions of the players and the technical staff regarding the withdrawal from the league will be taken, and a decision will be made in line with these views at the extraordinary general assembly on April 2.
