In the 4th match of the Champions League Group F, Milan faced Paris Saint-Germain at home.

Milan won the match played at the Giuseppe Meazza 2-1. The goals for the home side were scored by Rafael Leao in the 12th minute and Olivier Giroud in the 50th minute. PSG's only goal came from Skriniar in the 9th minute.

Milan's 37-year-old star Olivier Giroud became the oldest French player to score in the Champions League.
