Seven people detained in attack on bus carrying Trabzonspor fans
Seven people have been detained following a stone-throwing attack on a bus carrying Trabzonspor fans in the Ergani district of Diyarbakır, which resulted in a brawl and injuries.
A bus carrying burgundy-blue fans who had come to Diyarbakır for the match between Amed Sportif Faaliyetler and Trabzonspor was targeted by a stone-throwing attack while passing through the Ergani district on August 31. Two people were injured in various ways during the brawl that broke out on and around the bus targeted by the stones following the attack.
While the investigation launched by the Ergani Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the incidents continues, a total of seven people identified as being connected to the attack were detained by security forces. It was learned that those detained include individuals identified as D.K. (54), İ.K. (54), H.K. (21), E.Y. (23), M.M.Ü. (23), R.G. (18), and H.İ. (15).
