Explosion sounds heard again in Tehran: Statement from the Israeli military

Explosion sounds heard again in Tehran: Statement from the Israeli military

Iran's Nour News Agency and Mehr News Agency reported that air defense systems were operating and explosion sounds were heard in some parts of Tehran, particularly along the western and northwestern axes.

According to a report by the Iran-based news site Khabarfuri, Tehran's air defense systems were activated around 20:55 local time in areas such as Ekbatan, Mehrabad, Marzdaran, and the Abbasabad hills.

ISRAELI MILITARY: WE DID NOT DO IT

Reports in the Israeli press stated that "Israeli military sources announced that they did not carry out an attack on Iran."

IRANIAN MEDIA: DRONES TRIGGERED THE SYSTEM

Iranian media reported that air defense systems in various cities, including the capital Tehran, were activated following the detection of small unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in different parts of the country.

TRUMP HAD GIVEN THE "ORDER TO STRIKE"

Following the official end of the two-week ceasefire between the US and Iran, US President Donald Trump had announced that he was extending the ceasefire first by one day, and then by two days.
