Iran: The tone has completely changed

Mohsen Rezaei, Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, made a notable statement regarding the mediation process between the US and Iran and the quadrilateral meeting held in Tehran with the participation of Turkey, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia. Referring to his meeting with Saudi Defense Minister Khalid bin Salman during a special program he attended, Rezaei said, "The Saudi Defense Minister told me that 'Israel will turn to Turkey after Iran, and then to Saudi Arabia'."

Regarding the quadrilateral meeting held in Tehran with the participation of Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan, Rezaei stated, "All four parties firmly expressed their stance against the Zionist regime. It was decided that the meetings would continue. We hope that this meeting will be the beginning of implementing new arrangements in West Asia and ensuring regional security by the regional countries themselves."

Rezaei said, "In this meeting, we emphasized the benefits that unity and solidarity will provide for regional security. We also underscored the need to create a new regional order based on local dynamics. While Iran has resisted 5 thousand air operations belonging to NATO, it is certain that a much greater power will emerge with the coming together of the four countries. Of course, it is not possible to ensure security in the region without Iran."

"(Vance's letter) The tone has completely changed"

Stating that he has not yet responded to the letter sent by US Vice President James David Vance to the Tehran administration regarding the continuation of the negotiation process with Iran, Rezaei said, "I read the letter but have not yet responded. The tone of the letter has completely changed and is quite different from the previous letter from US President Donald Trump. This is a sign of Iran's authority and victory."

Rezaei also noted that there is no decision on the agenda to change his country's nuclear doctrine.
