Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi's reaction to Germany over Israel: Military and political support must end

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi criticized the military and political support provided by the Berlin administration and some European countries to Israel during his meeting with German politician Johann Wadephul.

According to Iranian State Television, Araghchi and Wadephul met in New York, USA.

During the meeting, Araghchi argued that the weapons and political support provided to Israel are instrumental in the continuation of the crimes he stated Israel is committing in the region.

Araghchi stated that this support must be ended and that Israel must be held accountable.

The Iranian Minister stated that his country has demonstrated "good faith" in the negotiation process, adding that the attacks by the US and Israel against Iran cannot be ignored.

The issue of security in the Strait of Hormuz was also brought up during the meeting.

Araghchi argued that the insecurity in the strait does not stem from Iran.
