In Germany, two unions have called for strikes over wages and working conditions, leading to expectations that thousands of flights and train services will be canceled again this week.
According to a report by Euronews, airline company Lufthansa estimates that approximately 200 thousand air passengers will be affected by the two-day strike; this means that, as in previous strikes, about one thousand flights per day are expected to be canceled.
CALL FOR A TWO-DAY STRIKE
