Briefly for brands: Lessons learned from a Go lesson
My daughter has been taking Go lessons for about three years. Her teacher is Mehmet Emin Barsbey, one of the best-known names in this field in Turkey. While watching her online classes, I encountered a method that I initially found strange: Barsbey constantly gives all students short and clear commands, inserting advice between every move. It seemed like too much repetition to me. However, as I saw the students' progress over time, I realized that this approach works. Perhaps the path to learning lies in simple and applicable sentences rather than complex theories.
At that point, I asked myself the following question: Could I apply the same method to brands? Instead of long reports and pages of strategy, short, concise advice that hits the bullseye... That is how this column came to be. I would like to share my small notes regarding brands that have caught my attention recently. Thank you, Mehmet Emin Barsbey.
