The Constitutional Court has annulled the word "indefinite" in the legal provision regulating that alimony shall be granted indefinitely. 

Following the change made to the Special Consumption Tax (SCT) legislation by Presidential Decree, the expected one-time increase in gasoline prices has been phased. The price increase, which was supposed to take effect as a result of the termination of the sliding-scale fuel price system (eşel mobil) as of October 1, 2026, will be implemented by being divided into 3 different tariffs. 

The effective date of the Regulation on Real Estate Trade, which was first decided to enter into force on July 1, 2026, and later postponed to October 1, 2026, and which stipulates that the sale price must be deposited with the land registry office and transferred to the seller's account by the land registry office after the sale is completed, thereby preventing the payment of title deed transfer fees by hand or through bank channels, has been postponed once again to December 1, 2026. 

With the Turkish Food Codex Communiqué on Distilled Alcoholic Beverages, the production and labeling rules for distilled alcoholic beverages have been renewed, and a ban on the use of colorants, flavoring agents, and additives has been introduced for rakı and traditional fruit liqueurs. Products manufactured before the communiqué will be allowed to remain on sale for 18 months.

Changes have been made to the Regulation on Tourism-Oriented Sporting Activities, allowing course areas and contact points to be allocated by the relevant Ministries and leased through a revenue-sharing model. The regulation specifically covers regions where sea and coastal areas are used for tourism-oriented sporting activities.
