With the amendment made to the Remote Work Regulation, the hybrid work model, which means employees can work both from the workplace and remotely, has been added to the legislation for the first time. It is stated that if hybrid work is agreed upon, the days the employee will work at the workplace, the days they will work remotely, and the working hours must be clearly specified in the employment contract. 

The Constitutional Court has ruled that the dismissal of a reinstatement lawsuit on procedural grounds because the "reinstatement" option was not checked on the mediation application form constitutes a violation of the right to access a court. In its ruling, the High Court evaluated the dismissal of the case on procedural grounds as an excessively formalistic and rigid interpretation, despite the fact that the final mediation report stated that the parties could not reach an agreement on reinstatement, and thus established a precedent that parties can reach a decision among themselves during the mediation process regarding a claim not specified in the mediation application form.

With the General Communiqué of the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK), the conditions for banks and financial institutions to both immediately report and refrain from executing—that is, to postpone—transactions involving individuals or organizations included in the United Nations Security Council's listing decisions regarding the financing of terrorism have been regulated.  

With the amendment made to the General Communiqué on National Real Estate, new categories have been added to the exceptions for tender procedures. Accordingly, institutions and subsidiaries affiliated with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, legal entities established by special law or Presidential decree, and organizations with at least 15% of their capital owned by the Wealth Fund or the Treasury are exempted from the tender requirement when they wish to acquire Treasury real estate for their primary operational purposes.

The Turkish Green Taxonomy Regulation, which includes 16 sectors and 137 economic activities, has been published by the Climate Change Presidency under the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change. The regulation includes provisions for the transition to a low-carbon economy and alignment with the European Union's climate change standards. According to the regulation, for an economic activity to be classified as “Green Taxonomy Compliant,” it must simultaneously meet three conditions: “substantial contribution,” “do no significant harm,” and “minimum social safeguards.” Unlike the EU Taxonomy, the agriculture and tourism sectors have also been included in the Turkish Green Taxonomy. 

With a Biosafety Board decision, upon the application of the Association of Poultry Meat Producers and Breeders (BESD-BİR), the usage period for certain corn varieties and soy products in animal feed has been extended by 10 years. Additionally, it was decided that the "beta-lactoglobulin" milk protein could be produced, provided that the specified conditions are met and the entire product is exported.
