Kevser Güler is the new director of the Istanbul Biennial
Curator and researcher Kevser Güler has been appointed as the new director of the Istanbul Biennial, which has been organized by the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (İKSV) since 1987.
The Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (İKSV) has appointed Kevser Güler as the new director of the Istanbul Biennial.
Taking over the role as of January 15, 2024, Kevser Güler previously worked at the Istanbul Biennial between 2007 and 2014,
was part of the founding team of the Cappadox Festival Contemporary Art Program, and served as the program's assistant curator between 2015 and 2017.
Additionally, she conducted research on the Arter collection between 2014 and 2019 and served as Curator and Exhibitions Director at Yapı Kredi Culture and Arts between 2020 and 2021.
