690 TL fine for traffic bully
A fine was issued to an individual who entered a lane reserved for minibuses and attempted to assault an official who informed him that vehicle entry was prohibited.
Officers from the Istanbul Police Department's Traffic Inspection Branch determined that the individual, who was captured on camera during the incident on Dumlupınar Street in the Bahçelievler district, had acted in violation of signs and markers.
As a result of the investigation into the footage, the individual, identified as A.Y.A., was apprehended.
An administrative fine of 690 TL was imposed on the individual named A.Y.A. under Article 47/1-C (failure to comply with traffic signs, devices, and road markings) of the Highway Traffic Law No. 2918.
