The third hearing of the case took place on September 4, during which Tengioğlu claimed to be a victim and requested his release. However, the court adjourned the hearing to September 29. As reported by Cumhuriyet, the verdict was expected to be announced at the fourth hearing held today at the Istanbul 44th Criminal Court of First Instance.
