Cabinet meets tomorrow: What topics are on the table?

The cabinet meeting will be held tomorrow at the Palace under the chairmanship of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. PLANE CRASH

Following the plane crash that occurred on the Georgia-Azerbaijan border, in which 20 soldiers were martyred, a special team was assigned to the region by the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK).

Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler is expected to make a detailed presentation to the cabinet regarding the work carried out by the team in the region, the findings collected, and initial assessments.

SECOND OPENING PROCESS

One of the important topics of the meeting will be the second opening process called 'Terror-Free Turkey', which is being conducted with the DEM Party and terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan.

Following the announcement by the terrorist organization PKK that it is laying down arms and withdrawing from Turkey, the situation across the border and the latest information from the field will be brought to the cabinet's agenda.

LATEST SITUATION IN THE ECONOMY

Current developments regarding the economy will also be among the topics evaluated at the meeting. The point reached in the fight against inflation and future planning will be discussed.

GAZA AND SYRIA

Humanitarian problems continuing in Gaza despite the ceasefire process and the current situation in Syria will also be on the cabinet's table.
