Eventful congress in AKP: Supporters of Çuhadar, whose candidacy was rejected, leave the hall

The list submitted by Muzaffer Çuhadar, who was a candidate for the presidency at the congress, was rejected by the council.

At the congress, the incumbent Provincial President Mehmet Sadi Binboğa entered the election as the sole candidate.

It had been stated that Muzaffer Çuhadar, who has served in various levels of the party, would also run as a candidate by submitting a list.

RIVAL PROVINCIAL PRESIDENT CANDIDATE'S LIST NOT ACCEPTED

At the congress, the list submitted by provincial presidential candidate Muzaffer Çuhadar was not accepted by the congress council presidency, and his candidacy was rejected.

The election proceeded with a single list under the leadership of the incumbent Osmaniye Provincial President Mehmet Sadi Binboğa.

Regarding the list, the council presidency shared the following information: "The list submitted to the Council by Muzaffer Çuhadar has not been accepted in accordance with our Statute and Congress Regulation, due to the fact that the conduct of the congress and all kinds of transactions related to the congress are at the discretion of the Council."

Following the decision, the supporters of Muzaffer Çuhadar, whose candidacy was not accepted, left the hall.
