Scandalous footage from the AKP-run Antalya Aksu Municipality has become a trending topic on social media.
The moments when Building Inspection Manager Nevzat Avcı explicitly makes an immoral 'proposal bargain' to a woman—who is the building owner and appears to be a foreign national based on the conversation in the video—in exchange for not demolishing a building he was required to tear down, were recorded second by second.
"YOU ARE COMING AT A HIGH PRICE"
It is heard that Aksu Municipality Building Inspection Manager Nevzat Avcı tells the young woman that she needs to pay 150 thousand TL to prevent the building from being demolished, while the woman is heard saying, "You can zero out this money in another way."
In the footage, it is heard that, as previously discussed, he promised that the 150 thousand TL payment would not be required in exchange for 'spending 4 nights together.'
It was recorded that Aksu Municipality Building Inspection Manager Nevzat Avcı said, "You are coming at too high a price" regarding the '4-night agreement,' to which the woman replied, "I told you from the very beginning."
Following the emergence of this footage, it was alleged that Aksu Municipality has severed ties with Building Inspection Manager Nevzat Avcı.
