Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin intervened by hand with the microphone of a Halk TV reporter who wanted to ask a question about the newly approved curriculum. Chairman of the Board of Education and Discipline of the Ministry of National Education, Prof. Dr. Demirli, announced that all opinions and suggestions submitted for the 'Century of Turkey Education Model' have been reflected in the curricula and that the new curriculum has been approved by the Board of Education and Discipline.
Halk TV wanted to ask Minister Yusuf Tekin, who was attending an event in Yedikule, Istanbul, a question in light of this development regarding the curriculum.
Tekin did not want to answer the question, citing that he would make a press statement regarding the questions asked.
