Antalya Governor Hulisi Şahin made statements regarding the ongoing fire in the region.

In his statement regarding the fire, Şahin said: "We have no loss of life or injuries. The wind is very strong, at storm levels, which makes our work very difficult. Our interventions are continuing. So far, 12 fires have broken out. 10 of them have been extinguished. Efforts to extinguish the 11th and 12th fires are also ongoing."
