Özlem Gürses shares the anthem written for the 100th anniversary of the Republic

Journalist Özlem Gürses, who participated in Oğuzhan Uğur's program, had the opportunity to listen to the anthem titled 'Parla' (Shine), written by musician Norm Ender for the 100th anniversary of the Republic, during the show.

Deeply moved by the anthem, Gürses made a post on her social media account describing her emotions as soon as the program aired, writing the following:

I have been waiting for days to share this; Norm Ender's 'Parla' was by far the most beautiful anthem I have ever heard, in the 100th year of our glorious Republic and my 54th year of life... Coming from a culture of dissent and having gone through countless traumas, Norm Ender wrote it so sincerely, and our choir sang it with such love and faith that witnessing its first performance was unique.

The entire room was overwhelmed... By the way, Norm Ender and his friends will also shoot a magnificent music video for October 29.

If these young brothers and sisters of mine, whom the Republic's equal opportunity has been least able to reach, have written this anthem, then this mission is accomplished... The next step should be to complete the unfinished story together and spread it across the entire country! May our 200th anniversary be celebrated in advance as well!
