The other 23 people, including passengers and crew, have been evacuated; 3 of them are in serious condition. We wish everyone a speedy recovery. We are monitoring the condition of our injured. Our teams are working to extract the two drivers who passed away and are trapped."

In response to a journalist's question regarding the cause of the accident, Hacıbektaşoğlu replied:

Currently, the weather is rainy; we do not know if it was caused by a lane violation, an overtaking maneuver, or skidding; it will be fully revealed by the investigation."
