Prosecutor candidate who died by suicide left a note for his mother, sister, and girlfriend: 'I am writing this in tears'
Prosecutor candidate Yalman, who claimed in a social media post before his suicide that he was subjected to mobbing, also left a separate note for his mother, sister, and girlfriend. The notes, which Yalman began by saying, "I am writing these lines in tears," moved those who read them.
Colleagues of M.C.Y., who worked as a prosecutor candidate at the Adana Courthouse and was staying at a hotel in the city, notified the police after they could not reach him for a long time.
Following this, police and medical teams were dispatched to the hotel where M.C.Y. was staying. Medical teams determined that M.C.Y. had lost his life in his hotel room.
It was revealed that about 4 hours before his death, Yalman had left a note for his followers on his social media account. It also emerged that Yalman, who claimed in the note that he was subjected to mobbing, had left a note for his mother, sister, and girlfriend.
In the post he shared on his social media account, Yalman, who died by suicide, used the following expressions;
"As a member of the judiciary, a Prosecutor Candidate working at the Adana Courthouse, I would like to submit a few points for your information and completely sever my ties with life. For the past few months, I have been subjected to mobbing and threats by our Coordinating Judge M.Ç.
When the threats from my mentor prosecutor, an individual named S.Ü.Y., were added to this (voice recordings regarding this matter are available with the relevant persons). I met with the Adana Chief Public Prosecutor B.G. and the Commission President M.A.Ç. to seek my legal rights; they were kind enough to say they would look into it, but no steps have been taken for some time.
To be frank, I do not even think any steps will be taken. The fact that these individuals are this way does not mean that all our judicial members are like this; believe me, I have met so many high-quality and competent legal professionals that I cannot describe their number.
On this occasion, I salute the supreme Turkish judiciary. In short, I hope my rights are not left unaddressed and that this matter is pursued.
He asks for forgiveness from everyone, and personally, I grant my forgiveness to everyone. Wearing the robe I threw down below was my greatest dream; Almighty God granted it to me, even if for a short time. Finally, I want to end my words with the famous saying of the poet Bâkî: 'Spread your voice to this world like David. All that remains in this dome is a pleasant sound.'

ENDED HIS LIFE WITH A GUN
According to the information obtained, it was learned that prosecutor candidate Mithat Can Yalman, who had been sought as a missing person since January 10, died by suicide with a gun in a hotel in Adana.
