Following Bahçeli's statement that "Tuncer Bakırhan's common-sense and level-headed remarks are valuable," DEM Party Co-Chair Tuncer Bakırhan shared a clip from his speech at the European Parliament.

After Tuncer Bakırhan said, "We are not the activist base of the CHP. We are trying to organize social peace," Devlet Bahçeli stated that he found this remark "valuable and commendable."

Furthermore, Bahçeli said, "Tuncer Bakırhan's common-sense and level-headed remarks are valuable and commendable."

"WE DO NOT ACCEPT IT"

Following Bahçeli's remarks, Bakırhan posted: "A clip from the speech I gave yesterday at the conference titled 'The European Union, Turkey, the Middle East and the Kurds' held at the European Parliament: We do not accept, and will not accept, an approach that says 'I will beat Turkey's democratic forces' while simultaneously conducting a process with the Kurds."
