Warning letter from the Ministry to the IMM: Investigation launched

Istanbul Provincial Director of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Maliki Ejder Batur has sent a warning letter to the IMM Bosphorus Zoning Directorate.

In a statement made on his social media account, Batur used the following expressions:

"Following the determination that certain unauthorized construction activities were taking place in the Bosphorus Outlook Zone in Üsküdar Vaniköy, an investigation has been initiated by our Provincial Directorate, and a warning letter has been forwarded to the relevant institution stating that the necessary penal actions must be carried out immediately, as the aforementioned area falls within the jurisdiction of the IMM Bosphorus Zoning Directorate."
