Competition Authority fines 9 cosmetics companies
The investigation launched by the Competition Authority into 9 cosmetics companies has been concluded. The companies were issued various administrative fines as part of the investigation.

It was stated that the highest fine was 7.9 million TL.
The statement made by the Competition Authority is as follows;
"It has been decided to conclude the investigation conducted regarding Ayaz ve Ortakları Ltd. Şirketi concerning the allegation of participation in a hub-and-spoke cartel with the Board decision dated 13.04.2023 and numbered 23-18/343-M(3) through a settlement, and to impose an administrative fine of 1,083,338.41 TL on the undertaking,
It has been decided to conclude the investigation conducted regarding SB Grup Kozmetik Anonim Şirketi concerning the allegation of participation in a hub-and-spoke cartel with the Board decision dated 13.04.2023 and numbered 23-18/343-M(3) through a settlement, and to impose an administrative fine of 184,675.76 TL on the undertaking,
