According to the circular published by the Social Security Institution (SSI), minimum wage support will not be provided to employers who report insufficient premiums.
The Social Security Institution (SSI) has published a circular regarding the monthly 700 lira minimum wage support provided to employers.
According to the SSI circular, the support of an employer who reports insufficient premiums in an amount exceeding one-tenth of the gross minimum wage in even a single month during the year will be canceled. Payments already made will be reclaimed along with penalties.
According to the circular, if it is determined that the earnings subject to premiums of employees are reported insufficiently or not reported at all during the year, the employer will not be able to benefit from the support for the year 2024.
The amounts paid will be reclaimed along with late payment interest and penalties.
