The most expensive neighborhoods for housing in Istanbul have been identified: Price per square meter exceeds 250,000 TL

The neighborhoods in Istanbul where residential square meter prices have reached their highest levels have been identified. Limited housing supply, central location, transportation accessibility, luxury projects, and expectations of value appreciation have pushed prices in some regions into the 100,000 TL to 250,000 TL range.

According to real estate data, the most expensive neighborhood in the city on a per-square-meter basis is Bebek in Beşiktaş, with an average value exceeding 250,000 TL. Bebek is followed by Etiler with an average of over 220,000 TL and Emirgan with 215,000 TL.

On the Anatolian side, the neighborhood with the highest square meter value was recorded as Kandilli, with an average of 205,000 TL. Nişantaşı, Arnavutköy, Levent, Suadiye, and Caddebostan also ranked high on the list.
