The rainfall is expected to be locally heavy in Ardahan, Artvin, and the inland parts of Rize.

Air temperatures are expected to rise by 3 to 5 degrees in the western and inland parts. They are expected to decrease by 3 to 5 degrees in the Eastern Black Sea region and the eastern part of Eastern Anatolia.
