According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected across the Aegean, Mediterranean, Central Anatolia, Black Sea, Eastern Anatolia, the north and east of Southeastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Sakarya.

Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the Inner Aegean, the Lakes Region, the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea, the north of Eastern Anatolia, Bingöl, Muş, and Bitlis, as well as the northern surroundings of Konya. Dust transport is expected in the southeast of Eastern Anatolia.

HEAVY RAIN WARNING

Since precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the Inner Aegean, the Lakes Region, the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea, the north of Eastern Anatolia, Bingöl, Muş, and Bitlis, as well as the northern surroundings of Konya, it is necessary to be careful and take precautions against negative conditions such as flash floods, flooding, lightning, local hail, and strong winds during precipitation.
