2017 Referendum debate grows: Cancellation application filed
The Innovation Party (Yenilik Partisi) has filed a lawsuit with the Ankara 1st Civil Court of First Instance, citing the use of unstamped ballots in the 2017 referendum.
Innovation Party (Yenilik Partisi) Chairman Öztürk Yılmaz announced that they have filed an application for cancellation with the Ankara 1st Civil Court of First Instance, alleging that unstamped ballots were used in the referendum held on April 16, 2017.
In a post shared on social media, Yılmaz stated, "Our Innovation Party has applied to the Ankara 1st Civil Court of First Instance for cancellation, citing the allegation that unstamped votes and ballots were used in the April 16, 2017 referendum."
