Former SpaceX employees sue Elon Musk for 'wrongful' termination

The plaintiffs, who filed the lawsuit in a California state court, claimed they were fired due to a letter they wrote to management in 2022 regarding issues in the workplace.

The plaintiffs alleged that four of the signatories were fired immediately after sending the letter, while the others were dismissed following an internal investigation.

EMPHASIS ON 'INAPPROPRIATE WORK ENVIRONMENT'

In the lawsuit petition, the plaintiffs included Elon Musk's social media posts as evidence, arguing that their complaints regarding the inappropriate work environment at SpaceX were frequently ignored.

The plaintiffs are seeking financial compensation from the company on the grounds that they were "wrongfully terminated."

During the period in question, the letter sent to management by the plaintiffs referred to the work environment as a "kennel" and described Musk's posts on the X platform as "embarrassing."
