The famous singer stated that with this decision, he wants to prevent any potential uncertainties regarding the distribution of his inheritance after he is gone.

Serdar Ortaç said that he will leave a significant portion of his inheritance to the people who have worked for him for many years. In addition to his employees, whom he described as having an important place in his life, Ortaç announced that he has also included the children of his late brother in his will.
In a statement he made in 2023, Ortaç had mentioned that he did not have any children and would leave his inheritance to his employees.
“There are no children. That is why I will give it to the employees. There is one house anyway. They will share that among themselves.”
Following the announcement of his will, Ortaç's assets have also come to the fore once again. The singer's house on the hills of İstinye in Istanbul, which has a view of the Bosphorus, is among his notable properties.
It is claimed that the value of the house, which was stated to have been purchased by Ortaç in 2016 for approximately 15 million liras, has increased significantly over the years. It is stated that the custom-designed house, located on a plot of approximately 750 square meters, consists of 8 rooms, 4 living rooms, and 4 bathrooms.
The house, which has large terraces and balconies, also features a private camera system and landscaping. The property, which stands out with its Bosphorus view, is known as one of Ortaç's most valuable real estate assets.
