A house fire that broke out during the night in the Torbalı district of İzmir resulted in a loss of life. The fire started around 03:00 in the kitchen of an apartment on the 3rd floor of a 4-story building in Yemişlik Neighborhood.

Upon notification by neighbors who noticed the fire, fire department and police teams were dispatched to the address. The teams intervened in the flames that were affecting the kitchen area and brought the fire under control.

The kitchen area covered in soot and burn marks after the fire in Torbalı — Heavy damage occurred in the kitchen following the fire.

23-year-old Dılgıran Enç and her children, Enver Enç and Aras Enç, who were affected by smoke during the fire, were taken to Torbalı State Hospital. Despite all interventions by doctors, Dılgıran Enç, who was taken under treatment, could not be saved.

It was reported that the health condition of 7-year-old Enver Enç and 8-year-old Aras Enç, who are continuing their treatment at the hospital, is good.
