İmamoğlu and Minister Işıkhan to meet today
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu will meet with Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan in Ankara this evening at 18:00. The details of the meeting are being closely followed.
Municipal debts will be on the agenda during the meeting between İmamoğlu and Işıkhan. A delegation from the Union of Municipalities of Turkey will also attend the meeting. Adana Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Zeydan Karalar will also be part of the delegation.
DEBTS TO BE DISCUSSED
Consultations will also be held regarding a potential consensus between the Ministry and opposition-led municipalities.
Details regarding the transfer of certain plots of land to ministries and the processing of debt transactions will be among the main agenda items of the meeting.
