The 13th Summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) has begun at the Beştepe People's Convention and Culture Center. In his speech at the summit, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan delivered a message of unity and solidarity within the Turkic world.
Thanking Azerbaijan for its efforts during its term presidency, Erdoğan said, "I extend my congratulations to our Azerbaijani brothers for the efforts they have shown throughout their term presidency."
Touching upon the importance of the institution of the family in his speech, Erdoğan stated, "We attach importance to strengthening the institution of the family and supporting the role of women in our societies." Erdoğan emphasized unity regarding the Turkic world with the words, "There is no room for separation in the family photo of the Turkic world; we are all one, we are together."
