Ministry takes action: Investigation launched into DEM Party municipalities
The Ministry of Labor and Social Security has appointed inspectors to investigate allegations that 532 people were dismissed by DEM Party municipal administrations.
Some media outlets have alleged that after the expiration of their contract periods, 532 employees at the Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality and district municipalities were sent notices of termination by the DEM Party municipal administrations.
MINISTRY TAKES ACTION
The Ministry of Labor and Social Security has taken action on the matter. According to information obtained from ministry sources, inspectors have been appointed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security's Guidance and Inspection Board to conduct the necessary investigations.
