Kılıç reacted to the lifting of measures on the assets of certain businesspeople in a short period of time.
Stating that the measures against individuals he described as "elite businesspeople" within the scope of the investigation were lifted on the same day, or even within the same hour, Kılıç argued that this situation undermines the victims' expectations for a resolution.

In his post, Yeniden Refah Party Spokesperson Kılıç used the expressions, "At the very least, do not protect, do not shield, and do not filter out your privileged groups in the fund fraud." Raising questions about how the damages caused by the fraud allegations will be compensated, Kılıç stated that the return of the money taken alone would not be sufficient.
Suat Kılıç asked from which source and when the principal amounts lost in the fund will be returned, how the losses in the stock market will be covered, and how the cost of the loss of confidence in the state and the markets will be calculated.
Concluding his statement with the words, "There is no such thing as making amends in law, there is accountability," Kılıç emphasized that no privileges should be granted during the investigation process.
