Şinasi Yazar, who served as district chair for two terms in CHP's Karamürsel branch, has made headlines with a post on his social media account regarding the ongoing internal debates within the CHP.

Evaluating the statements made by CHP Elazığ MP Gürsel Erol, Yazar gave his open support to CHP Chairman Özgür Özel. The phrase Yazar used in his post, "Özgür Özel, I would wash your feet and drink the water," drew significant attention.

In the remainder of his post, Yazar stated, "An elected chairman is never involved in personal bargaining. Those who engage in personal bargaining only become managers by being appointed to the CHP, serving the desires of those who appointed them."

Şinasi Yazar was elected as the CHP Karamürsel District Chair at the congress held in 2012. Yazar, who held this position for two terms, did not run for re-election at the 2017 congress.

Yazar's statement stands out as one of the notable messages of support given to Özel during a period when internal party debates are continuing within the CHP.
