President Erdoğan signs appointment decrees
Decisions regarding appointments made by the Presidency have been published in the Official Gazette.
According to the decision published in the Official Gazette, Emrah Baydemir, Deputy General Manager of İller Bankası A.Ş., has been dismissed from his post in accordance with Article 2 of Presidential Decree No. 3.
With the same decision, in the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, and in accordance with Articles 2 and 3 of Presidential Decree No. 3, High Board of Science members Mustafa Tahsin Badem, Feriha Koç, Davut Oğuz, and İdris Ertuş, as well as Deputy General Manager of Environmental Impact Assessment, Permit and Inspection Yahya Kesimal, were dismissed. Meanwhile, Elif Uz, Deputy General Manager of Construction Affairs, was appointed as a member of the High Board of Science; Mahmut Emirdoğan was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Environmental Management; and Hayri Taştan was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Geographic Information Systems.
In the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, Deputy General Managers of Infrastructure Investments Necdet Sümbül and Serdar Ünsal, as well as Deputy General Manager of European Union and Foreign Relations Şeref Tabak, were dismissed.
