Ad era begins for ad-free packages on Disney+: User agreement changed
Disney+ has updated its subscriber agreement, reserving the right to display advertisements, sponsorships, and promotional content across all packages.
Digital streaming platform Disney+ has expanded the scope of its advertising and promotional content through a change in its user agreement. According to the new regulation, the platform will be able to broadcast advertisements, sponsorships, and promotional content across all service plans, regardless of the subscription type.
The updated Disney+ Subscriber Agreement states that the platform reserves the right to display ads before and after content. The regulation also paves the way for ad displays during live broadcasts, special events, and third-party content.

This change does not mean that all content on the platform will be interrupted by heavy advertising. However, it has created the possibility that even those using the most expensive subscription option may encounter promotional videos at the beginning or end of content.
Previously, mid-content ad displays were limited only to the "With Ads" package. Users who prefer the "Ad-Free" package, priced at 4,500 TL annually, will now be able to see pre-roll and post-roll promotions under the new terms.
