A large number of TürkNet users across Turkey have reported experiencing issues with their internet connection. According to user reports, the outage was not limited to fixed internet access; disruptions were also observed in reaching the TürkNet mobile application and support channels.
In posts shared on social media, subscribers stated that their connection had been cut off and that they were having difficulty reaching the call center. The increase in user reports raised questions about whether the issue was limited to specific regions or if it was more widespread.
It was reported that user reports regarding the outage have also increased on Downdetector. Notifications on the platform indicated a potential access problem with TürkNet services.
No official statement has been made by the company at this initial stage regarding the cause of the outage or when it will be resolved. Such issues with internet access can be caused by infrastructure work, technical malfunctions, DNS-related problems, or temporary system glitches on the service provider's side.
It is not yet clear whether the issue affects all subscribers or users in specific regions. Details regarding the scope of the outage and the resolution process are expected to be clarified by an announcement from TürkNet.
