Observed at various points in the UK on Monday, the phenomenon also appeared in Germany's capital, Berlin, on Tuesday night. It was noted that local residents, fearing the blue spiral shape they likened to a 'UFO', called the police to report it. SpaceX issued a statement regarding the blue spiral shape that caused panic in the two countries, stating that the phenomenon was not a UFO and that the blue spiral shape likely emerged due to fuel residues from the Falcon 9 rocket they launched into space.

Meteorological institutions issued an official statement following numerous questions from the public. Authorities confirmed that the event was linked to space operations.
A similar incident occurred in Alaska last April. Experts stated that rocket fuel freezes in the vacuum of space, leading to light reflections.
SpaceX has caused similar atmospheric events in different parts of the world with its increasing number of rocket launches in recent times. Company officials emphasized that such visual effects are a natural result of technical operations.
