Samsung expands access to artificial intelligence: Gemini is coming to Galaxy Watch and Buds

Samsung Electronics is taking steps to make Gemini more accessible within the Galaxy ecosystem. In line with its goal of making the latest artificial intelligence experiences available to everyone, Samsung plans to integrate the Gemini app into its wearable device series starting in the summer of 2025, first by making it available on the Watch6 series and subsequent Galaxy watch models, following its availability on smartphones. 

Furthermore, activating Gemini when paired with the Galaxy Buds3 series will now be much more practical. Thanks to this update, artificial intelligence features that were previously only available on smartphones will expand into the Galaxy ecosystem, offering users a more integrated and advanced experience.

GALAXY WATCH: DAILY ROUTINES ARE EASIER THAN EVER

Thanks to Gemini, Galaxy Watches make daily tasks much easier and faster. For example, did you realize you need to send notes about yesterday's meeting while working out? You can simply ask Gemini via voice, "Where is the latest email regarding yesterday's management meeting?" Afterward, you can forward a summary of that email to the entire team as a message using Gemini. Or, while returning from shopping with your hands full, you can give a voice command to Gemini without taking out your phone and ask it to find a nearby cafe. All of this provides great convenience to the user.

GALAXY BUDS: SEAMLESS DEVICE INTERACTION

When integrated with Galaxy Buds, the Gemini experience becomes much smoother and more fluid. It is now possible to easily activate Gemini via Galaxy Buds using voice commands or "press and hold" gestures and ensure seamless communication with your Galaxy smartphone.
