A striking transfer claim has emerged for Beşiktaş, which continues its search for a striker. It has been alleged that the Black and Whites have reached an agreement with the Saudi Arabian club for the loan transfer of Uruguayan goalscorer Darwin Nunez, who plays for Al-Hilal.
According to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Al-Hilal has approved the 27-year-old player's move to Beşiktaş on loan. It was stated that the Beşiktaş management is continuing negotiations with the player's side to finalize the transfer.
Nunez, who has a contract with Al-Hilal until June 2028, has recorded 9 goals and 5 assists in 24 matches for the Saudi Arabian representative.
Darwin Nunez transferred from Liverpool to Al-Hilal in the summer of 2025 for a transfer fee of 53 million euros. The Uruguayan striker, who began his career in the Peñarol youth system, has previously played for Almeria, Benfica, and Liverpool.
Having appeared in 41 matches for the Uruguay national team, Nunez has produced 13 goals and 3 assists in the national jersey.
