Finalists determined in UEFA Europa League

The finalists have been determined following the UEFA Europa League semi-final second-leg matches.

German side Freiburg advanced to the final by defeating Sporting Braga 3-1 at home, overcoming a 2-1 loss in the first leg away.

The goals that secured the round for the German team were scored by Lukas Kübler in the 19th and 72nd minutes, and Johan Manzambi in the 41st minute. The Portuguese side's only goal was scored by Pau Victor in the 79th minute.

Aston Villa dominates at home

In the night's other match, Aston Villa, who had lost 1-0 to Nottingham Forest in the first leg, became the other team to reach the final by defeating their opponent 4-0 in the return leg.

The goals that brought victory to the hosts were scored by Ollie Watkins in the 36th minute, Emi Buendia (penalty) in the 58th minute, and John McGinn in the 77th and 80th minutes.

The UEFA Europa League final will be played on Wednesday, May 20, at 22:00 at Tüpraş Stadium.
