Turkey's UEFA country coefficient rises
Following a European night where Beşiktaş advanced and Başakşehir was eliminated, Turkey's UEFA country coefficient has risen to 45.975.
The country coefficient rankings have been updated following the qualifying matches played in UEFA European cups. Beşiktaş's 2-0 victory over Danish side Midtjylland in the second leg of the UEFA Europa League second qualifying round, which allowed them to advance, was reflected in Turkey's points tally.
RAMS Başakşehir, meanwhile, closed its European chapter after being defeated 2-0 by Finnish team Inter Turku in the second leg of the UEFA Conference League second qualifying round. Following these results, Turkey's UEFA country coefficient rose to 45.975.
Turkey's position in the updated standings remains unchanged. With the points collected by the Turkish teams, Turkey has maintained its 9th place in the UEFA country coefficient rankings.
