In Maltepe, Istanbul, an argument between a landlord and a business operator for reasons yet unknown turned into an armed clash.
Upon notification, police, special operations, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. It was learned that the teams have taken extensive security measures in the area and that special operations police are intervening.
While the activity in the region is being monitored by drone, 2 people lost their lives and 1 person was critically injured in the incident.
It is reported that the attacker has not yet surrendered.
