It has been reported that Azerbaijani President İlham Aliyev will be unable to attend the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) Summit to be held in Ankara.
According to reports in the Azerbaijani press, Aliyev will not be present at the summit because he will be attending the final match and official closing ceremony of the FIFA U-15 World Championship and Festival taking place in Baku.
In accordance with Aliyev's instructions, Azerbaijan will be represented at the summit in Ankara by Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov. It is expected that Azerbaijani representatives will also participate in other related events organized within the scope of the OTS Summit.
It was stated that the final match and official closing ceremony of the FIFA U-15 World Championship and Festival, which is being held in Baku for the first time, will take place on October 30, and that Aliyev's participation in the program had been planned previously.
