The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the number of people who have lost their lives in Israel's attacks on the Gaza Strip has risen to 73,399. According to the latest data shared by the ministry, the number of people injured in the attacks since October 2023 has reached 174,310.
In a written statement, it was noted that 5 bodies and 18 injured people were brought to hospitals in Gaza in the last 48 hours. It was recorded that 2 of the bodies belonged to those who lost their lives in recent attacks, while 3 were recovered from under the rubble.
The ministry reported that since the ceasefire came into effect on October 10, 2025, 1,265 people have lost their lives and 4,198 people have been injured in Israeli attacks. It was stated that during the same period, the lifeless bodies of 813 people were recovered from under the rubble.
It is stated that there are still thousands of bodies under the rubble of destroyed buildings in the Gaza Strip. In the region where health infrastructure has suffered heavy damage, data regarding the death toll and the number of injured are updated based on cases reaching hospitals.
