US military: B-2 bombers take off for strikes against Iran
The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) announced that B-2 stealth bombers have taken off as part of air strikes against Iran.
The US is continuing its strikes against Iran in coordination with Israel.
CENTCOM reported that US military B-2 stealth bombers have taken off for missions targeting sites in Iran.
The statement noted, "B-2 aircraft have taken off for a mission as part of Operation Epic Fury.
The goal of the operation is not only to eliminate the current threat posed by the Iranian regime but also to prevent its capacity for future reconstruction," the statement said.
CENTCOM's statement included footage of the bombers that had taken off.
